Meryl was admitted as a solicitor in 2021 and has worked in the legal profession since 2013. She has developed extensive legal experience over this period, particularly in civil litigation, including both fast-track and multi-track claims, as well as in Family Law and Immigration matters.

She is the founder and Director of the firm trading as Erbiller, which operates under the SRA-authorised entity Erbiller Legal Ltd since 2021.

As the firm’s COLP, COFA, and MLRO, Meryl is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations, including risk management and anti-money laundering procedures.

Meryl is committed to delivering legal services with professionalism and integrity and ensures that all matters handled by the firm meet the standards expected of a regulated legal practice.

Barry Coulter is a qualified Barrister with over 40 years of legal experience. He serves as a Director at Erbiller Legal Ltd and also acts in a supervisory capacity, overseeing legal work across all areas of the firm’s practice.

Barry practises as a barrister through a separate entity and does not provide legal services through Erbiller Legal Ltd in that capacity. His role within the firm includes supervising casework, supporting risk management, and contributing to the strategic and operational direction of the practice.

His background in commercial and civil litigation, particularly in international arbitration, construction disputes, and property-related matters, informs his ability to supervise complex matters and support staff development across the firm.

Barry’s extensive legal experience ensures that the firm maintains a high standard of service, regulatory compliance, and professional oversight.
